Anne HeslopAnnie's passion for photography started on a street corner in Calcutta 15 years ago when an SLR camera 'fell into her hands' via a fellow traveller. Annie's first images of India were compassionate and emotional. Her ability to communicate through her images was soon noticed by a number of international charities who commissioned Annie to document their projects in India, Cambodia and Laos. Annie runs her own charity in India, and has recently distributed 7200 mosquito nets to the malaria endemic tribal villages of Koraput Orissa. In 2013 Annie was nominated a press award by One World Media for her piece 'Children of the Tsunami'.

Annie's love of all things India led her to photographing her 1st Indian Wedding in the UK in 2003. A pioneer in the photojournalistic style which has helped take Indian Wedding Photography to new heights Annie's has been producing enchanting storytelling images for the past 11 years and her enthusiasm has no limits!

Annie's work has been published in The Guardian, The Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian Weekend Magazine, The Oldie, Marie Claire France and Hungary, Tu Style Italy, numerous book covers, and many charity publications.
